Solly Ross c916572aca Update deps to Kube 1.11.3 
This updates the dependencies to Kube 1.11.3 to pull in a fix allowing
requestheader auth to be used without normal client auth (which makes
things work on clusters that don't enable client auth normally, like
EKS).

BTree implementation for Go

Travis CI Build Status

This package provides an in-memory B-Tree implementation for Go, useful as an ordered, mutable data structure.

The API is based off of the wonderful http://godoc.org/github.com/petar/GoLLRB/llrb, and is meant to allow btree to act as a drop-in replacement for gollrb trees.
